New arts org Lattitude 23 Arts offering $5000 to CQ artists

Latitude 23 Arts Inc is a new name for some familiar faces - the community-based arts group grew out of the former Mill Gallery in Yeppoon, and is now offering $5000 to local artist-driven initiatives through the LimeLife 500 Microgrant.
