One on the Up is the title track from Bundaberg singer-songwriter Craig Lamond’s debut album.
“The song is about my grandmother’s childhood growing up at a place called Dombarton, New South Wales,” Craig says.
“Her father ‘Poppa’ worked on the railway and was often heard yelling ‘one on the up!’”
